1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "h777" means the online casino and sports betting platform operated at https://h777.io and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to h777 and its operating entity.
• "You", "Player", "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the h777 platform.
• "Account" means a registered player account on the h777 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in your h777 Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins credits, or other non-cash incentives credited to your Account as part of an h777 promotion.
• "Services" means all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, and any other products available on the h777 platform.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the currency in which all transactions on h777 are conducted.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus amount) must be wagered before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of h777's Services is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the h777 platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the h777 platform and close your Account by contacting our customer support team.

h777 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use the h777 platform. h777 strictly prohibits the use of its Services by any person under 21 years of age. By creating an Account, you warrant and represent that you are aged 21 or over. h777 may request proof of age documentation at any time and will suspend any Account where the player is found or suspected to be underage. Any winnings generated from an underage Account will be forfeited.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

By using h777, you represent and warrant that online gaming is not prohibited in your jurisdiction and that you are not accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws. h777 does not warrant that the Services are lawful in all jurisdictions.

3.3 Responsible Gaming Eligibility

Players who have voluntarily self-excluded from h777 or any affiliated platform are not eligible to register a new Account or use the Services during the applicable exclusion period. Any Account created in breach of a self-exclusion agreement will be immediately closed and any balance will be returned to the player.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To use h777's Services, you must register a personal Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to notify h777 promptly of any changes to your registration information.

4.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one h777 Account. Operating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, h777 reserves the right to close all but the original Account, void any wagers placed from duplicate Accounts, and forfeit any associated balances. If you have lost access to your Account, please contact our support team at [email protected] rather than creating a new Account.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any security code with any third party. h777 will never ask you for your password. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is your sole responsibility unless you have reported your credentials as compromised to h777 in writing prior to the activity in question.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

h777 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents to verify your identity before withdrawals are processed or at any time at h777's discretion:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement not older than three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account).

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by h777 may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

h777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in BDT via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. h777 may add or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to players.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Maximum withdrawal per transaction: ৳200,000 (subject to VIP tier)
• Maximum withdrawal per day: ৳500,000 (subject to VIP tier)

Players enrolled in h777's VIP programme may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits as communicated by their dedicated account manager.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by h777's payments team. The majority of withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are completed within 10 to 30 minutes of approval. h777 does not charge any platform-side fees on BDT withdrawal transactions. Processing times may be extended where KYC verification is outstanding or where a transaction is flagged for security review.

5.4 Payment Method Consistency

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and mobile wallet number used to fund the Account unless h777's compliance team expressly approves an alternative arrangement in writing. This policy is in place to prevent fraud and money laundering.

5.5 Currency

All transactions on h777 are conducted in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka, ৳). h777 does not charge currency conversion fees. Any conversion fees applied by your mobile wallet provider are outside h777's control and responsibility.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, and promotional offers provided by h777 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your Account are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is specified in that promotion's individual terms. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for h777 welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited, after which the bonus and any associated winnings will expire.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

h777 monitors Account activity to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk wagers to satisfy wagering requirements (so-called "bonus hunting"), employing prohibited betting strategies, and any other conduct that h777 determines in its reasonable judgment to constitute abuse of the bonus system. h777 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where bonus abuse is identified.

6.4 Welcome Bonus

New h777 players are eligible for a welcome deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is available to players aged 21 and above who have successfully completed the registration process, made a qualifying minimum deposit, and opted in to the promotion. 7 Game Rules & Betting

7.1 Game Availability

h777 reserves the right to add, remove, or temporarily suspend any game or betting market at any time without prior notice. Game availability may vary depending on your location and the time of access. h777 shall not be liable for any losses arising from the unavailability of any particular game or market.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Wager Limits

Each game and betting market on h777 is subject to minimum and maximum wager limits, which are displayed within the game interface or betting market prior to wagering. Wagers exceeding the published maximum for a game or market may be voided by h777 at its discretion.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, connectivity interruption, or software error that affects the outcome of any game round or wager, h777 reserves the right to void the affected game round or wager and return the staked amount to the player's Account. h777 shall not be liable for any losses claimed to result from a technical malfunction. The records maintained by h777's gaming servers constitute the definitive record of game outcomes.

7.4 Sports Betting Rules

All sports wagers on h777 are subject to the specific rules of the applicable sport and competition. In-play wagers are accepted subject to the odds and markets available at the time of placement and are final once confirmed. h777 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time. Wagers placed on events where the result was already known at the time of placement will be voided. h777's cricket betting markets cover BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, ODI series, and Bangladesh Tigers matches, subject to availability.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the h777 platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of wagers and/or balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with h777's games or betting markets;
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in h777's software for financial gain;
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or h777 employees to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed;
• Using h777 for any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or unlawful financial activity;
• Attempting to access another player's Account without authorisation;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information during registration or verification;
• Charging back any deposit made to h777 through your payment provider while retaining winnings generated from those funds;
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing h777 staff or other players via any channel.

9 Responsible Gaming

h777 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We recognise that for a small number of people, gambling can become a problem. h777 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible directly from within your Account settings without contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your h777 Account.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a set period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.

Requests to reduce limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. 10 Intellectual Property

All content on the h777 platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, text, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and the compilation thereof, is the property of h777 or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the h777 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the h777 platform without prior written permission from h777.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, h777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the h777 platform, even if h777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

h777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your h777 Account during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

h777 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption or error at all times, and accepts no liability for losses arising from service outages, maintenance windows, or connectivity failures outside h777's reasonable control.

12 Privacy & Data

h777 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and available at h777.io/privacy-policy. By using the h777 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

h777 implements TLS 1.3 encryption, secure password hashing, and two-factor authentication to protect your personal and financial data. However, no digital transmission or storage system is unconditionally secure, and h777 cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to or stored on the platform.

13 Account Termination

13.1 Termination by You

You may close your h777 Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements must be settled and any real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of applicable verification procedures.

13.2 Termination by h777

h777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or unverifiable identity information;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more;
• At h777's sole discretion where continued operation of the Account is deemed contrary to h777's risk management policies.

Where an Account is closed due to breach of these Terms, h777 reserves the right to forfeit the Account balance. Where closure is for reasons unrelated to player fault, any real-money balance will be returned to the player following identity verification.

14 Amendments

h777 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms & Conditions will always be published at h777.io/terms-conditions with the effective date prominently displayed. For material changes, h777 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the h777 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your Account before the amended terms take effect.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the h777 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which h777's operating entity holds its international offshore gaming licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through h777's internal dispute resolution process may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation in Bangladesh. h777 operates in compliance with international gaming standards and is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution for all players.
